Since our website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of AI generation credits and digital downloads, we generally do not provide refunds after the product is purchased and credits have been consumed. You acknowledge this prior to purchasing any product on the Website.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused generation credits.

3. Exceptions

If you experience technical issues preventing you from generating documents or receiving your credits, please contact our support team. Exceptions to this rule will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
